I started taking these pills for about a week now and do I notice a difference? Definitely yes. I thought taking these pills in the morning with the breakfast would make me drowsy, but no it doesn't, it puts me in a relaxed state of mind....usually I have tense and uptight nerves, but I find my reaction to be pleasantly slower and delayed....but in a good way and also my tendency to panic has gone down tremendously where I can let things go. When night time comes I am still relaxed and sleep falls pleasantly upon me with no struggle so obviously these pills work constantly throughout the day and are very gentle. They give me enough boost of energy to go throughout the day while feeling relaxed but still alert, yet they enable me to wind down and have a restful sleep without a struggle. It's a noticeable but gentle effect....pills are bigger than average though and you need a big gulp of liquid to make sure they go through the throat effectively.

Recomended by a doctor. Had some panik attacks. Drinked them about 4 hours before sleep. Felt much better, but they are kind of stong so i drinked them for 10 days and now will only drink occasionaly.

I think is the best multivitamin B complex for daily. I am very pleased with this product. I feel a boost of energy when I take it. I recommend it!

Instead of 50 mg or 100 mg of each of the 8 B vitamins, this blend uses a more natural amount for each of the B vitamins. This really helps me to feel better and be even-tempered every day. I don't really feel anything from taking this but because you only need to take 1 a day it oxidizes really faster in the Malaysian weather. Might have to keep this in the fridge but won't be getting it again because it oxidizes very fast.
