I accidentally bought this since I only then realized it more of an echinacea supplement than a reishi one. I was intentionally looking for a reishi supplement but this showed up in the results. Well maybe it's a good timing since my husband has colds and I could give this to him. I yet have to see the benefits. I can also just grab one any time when feeling under the weather. I also read echinacea is not meant to be taken long term and not for certain people with certain diseases. So please do your research. The packaging is cute too!
this is a great natural blend to support your immune system. best for prevention. but also I can personally say that whenever I feel like I'm getting weak and about to get sick I make sure to take this one and it actually makes a change after only 1 day. (don't expect it to work like nsaid's though when you're already sick. it's for overall immune support)
