My friend and I were experiencing upset stomachs recently and each took a couple of spoonfuls of these bitters. They provided almost instant relief. They have become a must have supplement for me to help my digestion when I travel and/or am eating particularly rich meals/experiencing changes in my diet. They also have a calming effect on my. Wonderful product! We use it for gallbladder and liver detox and overall health because it helps us boost bile production. Great quality product with clean ingredients. The taste isn't very pleasant, as with most true bitters that contain alcohol, but it's certainly worth investing the effort to supplement with it. I take it 30 minutes before eating a larger meal . Price is fair, this larger (250ml) bottle is better value of course.

I took this digestive Swedish bitters years and years ago. decided to take it again except great ingredients good quality. large bottle so I put into a smaller bottle so I could carry with me. I take one teaspoon before a meal. on bottle it reads two teaspoons. I feel it's a great supplement to your digestive track before you eat. The Taste to me is not the best but it works and has all the herbs that's needed to assist with digestive
This is home remedy for digestive system health and other stuff. Has a lot of ingredients that I'd say you can't find in one package or bottle in such good quality. As far as the package goes, I opted for the smaller one this time, and I'd reccomend buying the larger package. This seems a bit small for the dose, plus the larger size is in a preferred glass bottle and lasts much longer.
Bought this on behalf of a friends who uses it whenever she has an upset stomach. I cannot comment as it is not for my own use.
It was recommended by my naturopath for stimulating the liver to produce more bile. I mix it with sparkling water. I think it tastes like beer :-) I helps with bile production when taken consistently but because it is very alkaline and I tend to not have enough stomach acid, I can't always take it.
very strong. not too bitter. I take it when I start to feel ache or illness and it improves my wellbeing. package very big and lasts long time.
Everything about Nature Works Swedish Bitters is great. Quality, composition, I mean it is just great. Good for the digestive system and also great for backache.
