This is a good quality supplement. The ingredients seem better than many other options, and it is a good fish alternative. The taste is not very strong. The texture is oily, so I follow with a bit of food to clear the oily texture out my mouth quickly. For me, this is much much easier to take than soft gels.

It is a new form of omega for me, I used to take capsules before. I have been taking it for a couple of weeks, and it is really good so far. It came perfectly packaged. I love the taste, it is very neutral with some sweet berry notes. Has no fishy taste or aftertaste though it's based on algae oil. It provides both DHA and EPA, which matters a lot on a vegan diet.

I needed a way to get easy omega-3’s into my vegan daughter. This liquid can be taken straight (a teaspoon a day) or added to meals, like cereal or smoothies. Just don’t add to hot foods or heat it up as omega’s are heat sensitive. I assume Natures Way is quality and it’s great having omega supps without fish nowadays. Great for the whole family too, and they flavour them nicely too.

This is a great plant based omega 3 supplement. I personally took it alongside my collagen supplement for hair benefits. I used this product for about 4-5 months and I did notice improvements in my hair (although I was doing other things too). I really enjoyed the quality ingredients of this product, it lasts quite a while too. I found the flavour to be pleasant and although there is a slight oily texture, it was easy to take. The packaging is really nice was well, the bottle has spout for easy pouring which kept the product from dripping down the side of the bottle which happens a lot with other liquid supplements!
