I have been taking these Umcka tablets for years. I actually use them daily to manage my allergies and sinus congestion. You can chew them or let them dissolve slowly in your mouth, and they taste great. I double the dosage when I feel like I'm coming down with a cold or worse. They really do boost the immune system. Because they contain Bryonia and Aconitum Napellus, they also help to alleviate aches and pains, which is another reason why I use them daily!
