Both my husband and I had it daily for more than a year. It doesn't have strong smell. Capsule is big but easy to swallow. We always have it with meals. I notice my hair become shinier after a few months taking it. I’m also very happy about they tested each batch of the product to ensure it doesn't contain high level of heavy metal like mercury.
This is by far the best high concentration omega oil I've tried so far. No fishy taste. Good ingredients and no impurities. High quality. I really like that 2 tablets a day gives you the balance of DHA and EPA you need for good heart health and brain health.
it is a little pricey compared to the other brand but the quality of the vitamins is very good it helps my husband's cholesterol down. he is using and taking this everyday. it doesn't have a very strong smell compare to the other fish oil. high in the omega 3 and lots of benefits and packaging when delivered was really intact
The gel capsule is kinda big but my son can tolerate it well. No fishy after taste. Tends to clump together so keep it in a cool place. As with other Nordic Naturals products, quality is good as well as the ingredients. I use this for my son who has ADHD.
It came in good package. Fresh product with expiry date in Nov 2025. Hope it helps to imporve my husband's heart health and my aging problem. Both my husband and myself take this product on a daily basis. We like the high quality ingredients and it is easy to take in as a capsule.

They have rigorous testing to make sure their fish oil doesn't contain excess amounts of heavy metals. I've noticed improvements in inflammation within two weeks of starting to take these. I have taking omega 3 for 5 years now, i have stopped using the popular brand i have using due to it availability to where i currently reside. While browsing the shops, i have seen the Nordic Naturals in the display. I have checked hundreds of reviews and majority has positive comment on this product. I decided to try it. I was impressed on the first time i have taken it as it has no fishy taste or any after taste when you take it. Since then, i have never tried another brand and stoking extra bottle just to make sure my consumption is continues.
I’ve tried many different brands and different formulations of fish oil and this is the only one that I can tell it actually works. I tried going the cheaper route because yes, this is expensive… it’s pricey for a reason though. No fish burps and it clears up my brain fog and fatigue like a light going on. My eye doctor told me about this specific brand and formula years ago to help me manage my dry eye and this really did the trick. Helps my skin and circulation as well…I heal much faster from acne, bruises, etc. I don’t have issues with pain so I can’t speak to efficacy on that but I will say it’s worth trying for people who have any of the other problems I mentioned
I absolutely love this fish oil and have been using it for years. I was using the regular strength, but through research found that I could be taking more. My brain and body function so much better when taking it regularly. No brain fog, fewer body pains from inflammation. Pro tip: once opened keep it refrigerated (to keep it from going ransid)and only take it with food to avoid fish burps.
