I was tested COVID positive and was taking NAC to support my lungs health and overall well being during the virus. I havent had any cough thanks to this supplement and others for my immune response. I was recently diagnosed with dermatillomania aka Skin Picking Disorder. I was prescribed NAC from my doctor which my insurance didn't pay for since it's a supplement. So I started doing some research and found these. Since I've used the NOW brand before I felt I could trust they had good quality ingredients. The size of the bottle was also a large quantity so that helped my decision as well. I started taking these and within one week I started to see a difference! Not saying these will be a cure, since I'm not here to diagnose or give medical advice, but it's helping me tremendously!

I started off NAC with the tablets format cause the capsules format were out of stock for quite some time. The size of the tablet is a little larger and thicker than normal. I do have a little difficulty in swallowing it. It doesn't have a strong "rotten egg" smell (in which I have this issue with another brand). It is known to help in liver detox and NAC is a precursor of glutathione that also supports liver function. I find that my skin seem to look better and clearer. I also try to take more water to help facilitate detox.
I appreciate that at least one company still offers an alternative to capsules when it comes to NAC. It has a weaker cysteine smell than other products, which might be a good sign that it doesn't oxidate as much. Another company also used tablets for sustained NAC, which unfortunately has been taken off market since the FDA issues. The dosing is a bit high though. NAC can cause kidney stones in rare instances, that's why I prefer lower or sustained doses.
This is a very good supplents for free radical protection, Nac increases the glutathione in our body. This is a good quality and quantity since its 120 tablets taken twice daily will be good for 2 mos. The ingredients is 1000mg so its great. We love this product and taking it everyday for quite a while

My product came not damaged and great deals all around. I wanted this product cause it’s known to replenish the most powerful antioxidant glutathione . Glutathione is an antioxidant with important functions in the body, such as making DNA, supporting the immune system, supporting the function of specific enzymes, helping certain organ functions, and more. The taste is not bad but the pill size are a little large ,for me wasn’t a issue . Overall the quality was great .
We use to buy ACC200 but since moving county we can't find it. This has been a life saver. This product is a better quality than acc200 but is a lot more expensive so value for money is debatable, also seeing as 3 years ago it was way less expensive but then covid hit and suddenly the price went up 3x. As the dosage is higher than an acc200 I wouldn't recommend it for children under 12 years of age but for older it really is great. Because it's a tablet and you don't have to taste it it is also very easy to drink.
