I love this product, it's a super high concentrate and I take it with food and sometimes after food to assist with post-meal bloating and digestive transit. It works really efficiently to counteract constipation (for those of you that are IBS-C this is a godsend!). I definitely recommend it, have been taking it for almost a month now and have noticed improved and consistent bowel movements and better food digestion. For the price it's much better than any other pro-kinetic I've tried. No taste to it, can cause a small amount of belching at first but this will dissipate once the meal begins to make it's way through the small intestines. If you're on a low fodmap diet I recommend trying this to balance your digestive transit when trying to add foods back in to your diet.
