Nice mixture of different type of mushrooms and some adaptogens. It would be better if all of the mushroom types are of the standardized extract form instead of only Reishi. And would be nice too if the amount per serving of each type is broken down in detailed so that we could now exactly how much of each type of mushroom is avaialable per serving instead of being grouped together.
I’ve tried a few mushroom blends in my time but this one is definitely worth the money! The ingredients are all excellent and the quality is fantastic. I feel much more energised and alert after taking them. When I skip a day I definitely feel less on the ball. Word to the wise: don’t take them too late in the day or it can affect your sleep! I also add a little sweetener to whatever I’m drinking it with as the best is slightly bitter. Otherwise, I wish the size was a little bigger but I appreciate that you get a scoop with the packaging.
I was super excited to add this to my morning smoothie but was concerned about the taste. It didn't give it a strange flavor at all. In fact, I didn't notice a change in the way the smoothie tasted. I definitely notice it in coffee, however, and won't be doing that again. I've seen some reviews where they mixed with water and didn't like the taste. I mixed with a banana, oat milk, coconut water, cinnamon, chia seeds, ground oatmeal, almond butter and Dandy Blend beverage mix. It was good! Very glad to have this be a new part of my daily supplements

I am dissolving in just plain water daily and no, it does not taste pleasant but I’m just using water and now I am used to it. I did try coffee and anyone who says it’s tasteless is lying. I put up with the taste as I think the mushrooms are the superstar and I’m hoping they will solve all my problems! Ha

This mushroom blend is a superfood! I am around my grandkids all of the time and at least one seems to have a runny nose or cough, using this and some other superfoods and supplements, I've been able to stay healthy. Even if I start to catch something, it is usually over in 24 hours.

I am still testing this out but my body has reacted well with it so far. I like the variety of mushrooms in it, the fact that the powder is very smooth and for the most part mixes well with my tea and that the taste is not overpowering. This seems to be a high quality product with beneficial superfood ingredients. I’ll update this review once I’ve completed the package.
