So far the best prenatals I have taken during my pregnancy. The ingredients are like most prenatals but the potency probably the highest. Iron deficiency is still prevalent for me but I am taking additional Iron supplement. I feel better when I take them, comparing to the ones I am using since this one went out of stock. Package is mostly economic, size is appropriate and they need to be taken daily to see the effect.
