I bought this for the novelty of having elk in the composition. Beware, it tastes like any other beef jerky but it's on the salty side so make sure you bring a water bottle with you. I ate this on a park hike and it gave me a coughing fit because the habanero was too spicy for me . I suppose it's a good quality high protein product but I won't be buying this again.
