Great color! For some time I have been looking for an eyeliner with just such a deep dark blue color. The brush is easy to work with, I can apply precisely, even dots, you have to be careful when drawing the arrows - it dries quickly. I generally apply a foundation with another cream product underneath and draw this dark blue eyeliner on top of that. It emphasizes the eyes very well.

Color is beautiful, but this smudges easily, esp if you have oily eyelids. Came out pretty matte on me, you can only see the shimmer very, very up close. Not good if you like precise lines on your eyeliner. Buffs out to a nice color so I use it like an eyeshadow and always top it with setting powder. I'll use up this bottle but I won't repurchase.

I was so excited to see new, colourful liquid eyeliners pop up on iHerb and got two colourways immediately. When they arrived, I inspected them without using them at first. Colour seemed nice! However, when I started using these, I was sorely disappointed. Even with primer and/or eye shadows, these apply super streakily. When I try to go over the line I have made to build up pigment, the line tends to get thicker than I like because the nib is not the finest and starts to disintegrate, too. I did not enjoy this eyeliner at all.
