These arent just for Moms. I am in peri menopause and have nausea occasionally. Within 20 min of taking one my nausea disappears. Anytime my husband has had nausea upset stomach issues it does wonders for him as well . good stuff!

These are very helpful in taking the weird early pregnancy taste out of your mouth, they helped a bit with nausea but made my mouth water too much. My husband also likes them. I think you could skip them And get a sour lemon candy for cheaper but they’re nice to have around.
