Wow! I already made cake, ice coffee, peanut butter cups and sauce with this sugar replacement and it's great! It is sweeter than regular sugar, so I would recommend half the amount + it's a HUGE pack so lasts forever! It does have a bit of aftertaste but I didnot feel it in baking... The only thing I am wondering if it's really 0 cals🤔🤔
Great quality and clean ingredients. Would benefit those on keto diet or just trying to eat healthy in general. Highly recommend to switch to this instead of normal sugar. Less calories and inflammation in your body. Taste very similar and I can use in any recipe to replace sugar. It's a small size for the price paid, better to buy bigger packaging
I directly got two packages of this sweetener. It’s the best for baking, great quality. My sweets taste so good when I use it, you can’t tell the difference in taste. The size is quite good and it’s great for my diet. You can use it in many recipes since it has an amazing composition.
As a baking sweetener it does it's job in recipes, it adds a sweet taste and you can use it as just that in pretty much anything. ingredient-wise it's smart to buy because it's zero calories/serving and wouldn't add calories to your baking (great for diets) The size of the smallest 200g package is really quite small-so expect that.

Typically I just get the cheapest erythritol I can find for the most, but I decided to try this while it was a great deal. It really is as it says, it tastes like sugar and is nearly as strong as sugar but without nearly as much of the cooling effect as pure erythritol. Now, I actually appreciate the cooling effect. It's something I love about peppermint, too. So, to me, it's not a big deal if it's there or not, but it definitely isn't. I baked banana and pumpkin breads, chocolate chip cookies, and all kinds of other desserts with it and have noticed that it's almost no different than regular sugar. This stuff is great for low carb diet baking. I use it in place of sugar in all my recipes, I sprinkle it on cinnamon toast, use it in my coffee, use it in vinaigrettes, etc. It has replaced sugar in my house and I have noticed no laxative effects even in large amounts.
I have diabetes and an immune disorder as such I eat a low carb diet. I always use Purecane and prefer this brand to any other erthyritol sweetener. I've found Purecane tastes more like real sugar have an without having an aftertaste or a cooling sensation. I use it in all my dessert recipes and appreciate that the company posts recipes on their site.

I would buy this again. It’s great to incorporate in my diet and great ingredient replacement for white sugar in my recipes. I love that I can use it without worrying about changing its taste or the calories. It is a bit on the more expensive side but I’m happy with this sweetener anyway
