As other reviewers have pointed out it is a little messy and the design is odd but OMG it works so well. It’s a little small as the moisture packs don’t coven the entire heel. So it could benefit from a design upgrade to a slightly larger size. However It smells amazing and left my feet feeling much softer than before.

I'm torn on this. While it was ill-conceived with an odd, wet square you put your heel in. Then you step into this wrap, that actually didn't close (and I ended up stapling it closed). It actually ended up working amazingly. Every bit of my skin it touched after I removed it felt extremely soft and smooth. There was no scent / smell. The size was average. And it came one set in the package.
