I only tried once and I didn’t feel much tbh probably because I’m a daily caffeine user and tolerable to it. But I also added much more water than the suggested usage so that can be it as well. But the taste of Orange Crush is great, not too artificial Edit: it works well now that I take right before my workout and I usually warm up walking on the treadmill and they’d start kicking in.
