I bought this with a rather jaundiced attitude. So many supplements just don't work. But when I looked at the ingredients, they are actually whole herbs, not the extract type...makes a huge difference.
Anyway, after 72 hours of taking one morn. & night the pain actually began to subside.
After a week, I notice there is even more cleansing of the sinus. And remembering, I've had this nasal septum lesion since the early 90's!
But I will add one caveat; if you are eating a lot of junk, meat, dairy, sugar, flour, you are going to be really pushing it to get a decent result.
May I respectfully recommend the book: Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management, by Bernard Jensen.
If you are really into looking after the body (apart from Hatha yoga) this book will change your life.
It has for me.
