I wake up hungry, and this is my favourite solution as a skinny vata person. I love these bars because they are no dairy, not too sweet, no peanuts, no fake sugars, and taste natural. If you love sickly sweet bars you won't like it. Also, if you are thirsty it will stick in your throat, i recommend having with a hot cup of licorice or fennel tea for a lovely flavour combination. I love these so much i actually ship them to Fiji. Of the Rise flavours, this is my favourite as the lemon is refreshing and sets off the slightly dense fattiness of the cashew base.
