What is the meaning of ‘dry roasted’ on package

I bought this one cause ‘dry roasted’ means no oil roasted, without reading the ingredient section, when I tried I saw that they are full of oil. And then saw sunflower oil is there.

The box comes with 9 fairly decent sized and convenient individual packs. When I opened a pack of the roasted almonds, they smelled fresh and tasted great with only being lightly salted. A good healthy stack that I could take with me and eat when I'm not home and feeling kind of hungry. For individually wrapped packs of roasted Californian almonds, the price seems ok and I will undoubtedly purchase again.
