I love that this exists - a good electrolyte drink with quality ingredients. I feel better after drinking it and the taste isn't bad at all. It's annoying that it fizzes so much, but that's fixed easily enough by using cold water from the fridge.

I was sick of the high sugar content of commercial soft drinks and was looking for an alternative. I think this product has a composition of ingredients that is incomparably high quality compared to Pori and Aerias, and I carry it with me for hydration when climbing mountains. The calories are 125kcal for 500ml of Pori and 95kcal for 500ml of Aque, which is 15kcal. Carbohydrate (sugar) is 30g for Pori 500ml and 23.5g for Aque 500ml, which is 4g. Potassium is 100 mg for 500 ml of Poli and 40 mg for 500 ml of Aque, which is 510 mg. Magnesium is 3mg for Pori 500ml and 6mg for Aque 500ml, which is 150mg. Taurine, which contains 250 mg, actually has the effect of increasing fat burning efficiency during exercise. Even better, both fragrances and colorings are natural materials. Pocari and Aque contain fructose-glucose liquid sugar and sucralose. There is nothing better than electrolyte replenishment during training and fatigue.
