This little jar pack quite a flavor. The black garlic give the salt umami and it is also more nutritious because of the fermentation process the garlic has went through. The jar is quite small but you do not need a lot to add flavor to your dish. Sprinkle it on vegetarian dishes, or fish or meat - it goes well with anything. I use it every day and I like the size of the packaging - very handy!

First time trying it, and upon opening the jar it seems wet as in too much moisture in the jar. Poured the contents on a parchment paper and air dried for about six hours. Then added to the jar again and its seems ok now. I am highly allergic to mold and didnt want this to happen to this not so cheap black garlic. Not sure I will buy again
