Benefits are to metabolise protein and carbohydrates, to make fatty acids. It's important for healthy bones and cartilage. Have been taking for a few weeks. It is efficient in lowering copper and unfortunately lowered my levels too much. I wish Solgar offered a lower dosage product. I do however think these tablets have 100 % good absorption and good quality. I also like the amber glass bottle (protecting from sunlight or harmful plastics) which is unique to Solgar products.

I’m an avid fan of the Solgar brand, and as with other purchases, this did not dissappoint. I just hope thatnthey come out with smaller bottles, my medicine tray is overloaded!

It's great for tendon pain. I take it 2 times a week only. Taste is ok. Easy to swallow. Good ingredients with good absortion (chelated).

As always a very good product from Solgar. I prefer to take vitamins and minerals separately instead of buying a multi as I have a sensitive stomach and some ingredients in a multi often upset it.
