I found this supplement to be very unique in its ingredient list, appearance, and even scent - which is like a resin, a bark, wood or a bee-hive! I can't tell if there are some immediate results because there are so many things we do for better health but I believe that it is a good addition to a general better health routine!
This product combines Pycnogenal with vitamin C - both of which are powerful antioxidants. I, however, have a condition called Essential Thrombocynaemia - which basically means my bone marrow is manufacturing too many platelets. I have not seen anything better on the selection of the composition of antioxidants and generally useful substances on this site. It is easy to drink. The energy tone really increases. I've been drinking for six months. I advise everyone to like it very much. There are no side effects.
Pycnogenol Supreme is my go-to vitamin on alternate days. I have been dismayed that it was out of stock for quite some time, but I'm very relieved it's back. I believe this combination of herbs and nutrients is very helpful in the aging process and I feel better when I take them.
I think it takes some time for this product to work and I think you need to be consistent in taking it to reap the benefits. I'm not sure how much to attribute the skin benefits to this product because I also take it with other vitamins, but my skin seems clearer and smoother.
