It might just be the combination with my own biology (or perhaps it was a bad batch), but this stuff actually kept me up at night and I felt like I was more in a danger-state than a relaxed-state when on it. I eventually just tossed them out halfway through. Like I said though, this is just one person's experience. Look at all the other reviews too, as every person responds differently.
