SR makes an exceptional product and the keto omega is another home run. While it has a slight fish smell in the bottle, that smell is barely detectable and it doesn't have a fishy that can be typical with other fish oil omegas. Also, the bonus for me is it includes MCT oil; which is key for my ketogenic diet. This product has become a stable in my diet and I plan to continue to take it along with some of their other suppliments (MCT oil and Collagen) . I tend to buy a fair amount from Sports Research for a reason, they make the highest quality supplements I have tried. I don't review a lot but after my first bottle of their Keto Omega I was hooked and had to review. Well done! Due to cost and convenience, it is not possible to always buy wild caught salmon so this is really great supplement to ensure im plugging in any nutritional gaps! The quantity and dosage is cost effective and no overwhelming fishy taste. Highly recommend! Please click on like if this review helped!

I am on a keto diet so I need to find supplements to help with my vitamin and mineral deficiency. The quality of the product is good and the amount of the product is reasonable for the price. The size of the capsule is good and the package is good. I believe the benefit of taking it is worth the price.

Haven’t tried yet as I am still using SR krill oil that I have been taking for years. This is wild caught salmon so can’t go wrong! Omega 3 is vital!
