Recommended by my Naturopath, I’ve been ingesting this superfood Sprout Mix to benefit my immune health. I live in a valley with a lot of agriculture which is partially why it was recommended to me. I trust the quality of ingredients and the taste is pleasant; I mix it in my morning smoothies. I really miss it when I’m out, so I’ve got it on auto-ship. Really helped with my gastritis and insomnia! It turns out that the sulforaphane in the product greatly reduced my stomach inflammation when I mixed it into my smoothie in the morning. If I take it at night mixed into a cup of plain water, it makes me sleepy. I suspect it increased my body's melatonin production and helped me sleep.
I take just one spoon of this product a day just like it is. With some water to help to swallow through. It has no bad smell and the taste is pretty much how it supposes to be. I guess you can add it to your smoothie or salad. If you concern about taking broccoli every day that product, or similar, is probably what you need.
If you are looking for a sprout-substitute because you don't have the time to make your own, this might be an option for you. I mistakenly bought this thinking it was the seeds for sprouting. These are freeze-dried sprouts and are ready-to-go. As such, they are much more concentrated than fresh sprouts. The flavour is quite peppery and sulphuric, which I have to admit was a bit of a turn-off at first. If that is a problem, I suggest combining it with something that already has quite a distinctive flavour to dial it down a bit. On the other hand, such a strong flavour makes me think these folks are not kidding about the quality of their product, since those sulphur molecules that give it that flavour are what many of us are after for the health benefits when eating cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and kale.
Excellent product for antioxidant boost. Doesn't taste very good but very tolerable. Also, it doesn't really "dissolve" in water. When you mix it with any liquid it will just be suspending in it.
this is great I add it to almost everything.. youghurt, salads, salmon.. even overnight oats. Will definitely purchase again. good quality ingredients. secure packaging. Great benefits. ooh and doesn't have an overbearing taste.

Very good quality. I like the sprouts and tried to grow them on my own. This is actually more cost efficient for me. Just a scoop in my morning coffee or smoothie. Not a lot of taste.
Good product and quality, the package arrived on time, and the ingredient inside is a mix of different antioxidant products good for health and diet that benefit age improvement. It tastes almost like the not-dry one. I definitely recommend this superfood product.
