Truffle flavored food is sometimes disappointing but this one is very tasty and you can definitely taste the truffle. You can use it on spread but also adds in to your sauces: salads, pastas, risottos.... The jar is in glass and easy to close and keep in the fridge (if it lasts that long!). Highly recommended!
