Please nite this is the version without Iron (there is another version with iron). The important thing with multi-vitamins, is to check the ingridients and the amounts. This multi-vitamin is IMO the best and most cost effective (taking into account the comprehensive complex) among the 50+ products. Capsule is big but managable. One capsule once a day is very convenient. Highly recommended!
I highly recommend these multivitamins. My husband and I have been using this brand for years but then I could not find where to buy them. Instead I purchased the Alive 50+ and that was a huge disappointment. We both could tell we lost our all day energy that we had when we take Simply One.
