I have been experimenting with different doses of melatonin. After listening to Dr Mercola talk with an expert about using a high dosage of melatonin I thought I would give it a try. I was very happy to find this brand that melts on, or under your tongue.
I have issues swallowing tablets at night. They always get stuck in my throat which is not only extremely annoying, but defeats the purpose of taking them. Most of the time I would take melatonin tablets at night they didn’t work for that reason.
With liquid melatonin, I always feel like I need to get up and clean my teeth again, which if it is the middle of the night, it’s not exactly convenient.
I was really surprised at how fast these tablets dissolve in your mouth. So far I am really impressed with this brand and dosage.
The tablets are quite small in size and the bottle is much smaller than expected. But that just makes it more convenient when travelling. The taste is not the nicest but it dissolves and disappears quickly so it is not really an issue at all.
If lower doses of melatonin aren’t working for you, perhaps give this a try. I watched a video where they recommended upping the dose until it does improve your sleep. I wish I could remember who it was doing the interview.
This brand has great quality ingredients and I will definitely be buying it again, especially now that other benefits of taking melatonin are becoming known.
