Have a good quality and complete ingredient the size of the bill is big but easy to swallow I take once a day not the same written dosage and have same benefit of the twice a day taste bad but have lots of benefit and I bought it after dr recommendation

I've been using it for several months and I noticed my thin hair became much better and thicker, it falls less than before, and tiny little baby hair started to grow in thin hair spots
I took for 3 months. I had hair loss from stress. Dosage is normal 2 capsules per day. I had benefits from use it because i think my hair is recovery. There is good ingredients and i like this product because i took only biotin and the effect is not very good
I initially got this for my mom, who is over 70 and concerns about loosing hair. Since the first time I sent it to her, she has asked me to get more for her.
