I really like The Spice Lab's spices. This one is an all-around multipurpose seasoning with spicy notes. Garlic doesn't taste much here.

This spice blend is good quality and adds a lot of flavour to pasta sauces. It would also be wonderful gif making garlic bread. It can be used in many ways to add Italian garlic flavour!
Every time I open it I immediately have a sneeze fit, I never sneeze from any herb but this one got me holding my breathe each time I use it until it completely sets into the food. That's the only negative thing about it.
