At the first use in training, I felt a surge of frenzied strength. The next day, I felt that I had fully recovered from the last workout, I felt cheerful. I would like to separately note the quality of the packaging, seals, cotton wool inside the package to keep the product from moisture and from bumps during transportation. I'm taking one time a day on days off and 2 times a day on workout days. Check the size and composition because the specified dosage is for 4 capsules. The ingredients are great and feels like honest product since I mad good progress during training sessions. No specific taste however smells like any other multi-vitamin. One package goes too quickly so better to order 2 right away.
I like the fact that you can spread the capsules out throughout the day, I take two at AM and two at PM, great supplement that fills in all your nutritional gaps especially when training for fitness or while on a diet. Capsules are a great size and seem to be good quality.

I've taken Animal Pak on and off for years. This seems like a cross between the Pak and a conventional multi vitamin. Take it with food, I usually take the 4 with breakfast of a protein shake after my early morning workout. After one week noticed the solid energy compared to other multi vitamins I have taken. If your pee stinks and its a florescent yellow thats a good thing. Drink plenty of water. Also take this with BCAA Pro. Having solid workouts. Universal is the way to go.
this is a must if you're a gym goer, your body will recover faster, lose weight by increasing your metabolic rate through balancing vitamins. it's not a magic pill, but through a constant diet and exercise, you will see the effects. get the large one or buy multiple containers, you will need to take 8 capsules daily, with 120 capsules per container, it will only last you 15 days! please like the comment if you find it helpful.
