My first pre-workout, so I can't compare it much to others. However, I picked this because of the reputation, and definitely am not dissapointed. Gives good energy, and I feel like it helps endurance as well. I don't mind the flavor at all. The aftertaste is a bit bitter like other BCAA products, but the blueberry masks it well.

The quality and ingredients in this product make this the only BCAA that use. It tastes the best, and almost every flavor is delicious. I always go for the biggest size because I know that I will get a quality product that helps me recover from my workouts. I have recommended it to numerous people, and I recommend it to you too.

My favourite good quality intra and post workout BCAA supplement, which helps me to get needed protein without exceeding daily calories limit. Melts well in cold water. Not taste too much sugar, could be blended with higher water amount to be less sweet. Especially this taste was something new, and good to feel difference.

Super good for someone that trains 2 times a-day, before I started using Xtend, I usually felt sore and fatigue all day because of having 2 training sessions a-day. But now, I take 1 scoop per session, helps alot with recovering, and during the training, I sprint faster, can run more, the focus is on point. Recommend for every athlete, but with a good diet of course.

I personally think the sweetness is just nice and it smells really good. It has helped speed up my recovery between my exercises. Will buy it again when I’m done with this one!

I’m not usually fan of blueberry but this one i love it, the flavor is nice and not too heavy, I’ll definitely will but it again😍👍🏻

i enjoyed this product, i tried it for the first time and it does make me push thru the last reaps, it does work, i gain more muscles, was less sore, nice taste, and good price.

This product was perfect for me after exercising… not only did it take care of my thirst and provide my body with essential BCAAs, it tasted great, too! I also liked how easy and quickly it dissolves!

I bought this for a friend who's a gym rat. He said the taste is not and bad he's drinking this before workout. He needs this to gain muscle and I'll update once I see the results.
