I've been having trouble falling asleep or getting back to sleep since my second baby didn't sleep very well. I have Zarbee's chewable melatonin (lower dosage) for kids and it works like a charm (no exaggeration), so decided to try this for myself. Other melatonin products have made me feel queasy but this one is much better. I don't care for the taste personally but that's just my preference. It's effective and sometimes I even halve the tablets and do feel it still works. I hope I won't need it much longer but I'm grateful to have found something more natural that works well.

very good and good taste. I take whenever I feel its need (not regularly) and try to not take more than 2, otherwise a just end up with a headache. Fall asleep within 30 minutes no problem, however too vivid dreams are making harder to wake up in the morning :))

These chewable sleep tablets are a really helpful solution for taking right before bed. One of our family members has been having trouble falling asleep due to stress and and these work quickly and effectively. He is able to chew these small sized tablets easily and drink just a tiny bit of water, the taste is sweet and orange. Zarbees brand rates well on yuka for quality of ingredients. We are pleased with the benefit!

These work really well! I have had trouble sleeping for years and I also have anxiety that keeps me awake for hours sometimes. I started taking melatonin this past year and tried different brands but felt that this one worked the best for me. I think the gaba in it helps a lot! I sleep really well recently and I take it about an hour before going to bed. What usually takes me an hour or more for me to fall asleep, takes me a few minutes at least within 20 minutes to fall asleep with these. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for the taste. Gummy ones taste better as these are tablet type and kind of chalky and bland. Other than the flavor, it is very good!

I love this product and would be lost without it. It has become more and more difficult to find the Zarbee's Sleep tablets. You can dissolve the tabs under your tongue. I usually fall asleep within an hour.

I have been ordering this product regularly. It works really well for me. I like that its natural and the orange dissolving taste is a bonus!

Not only does it help me go to sleep, it also helps me stay asleep. Being a chewable, it starts working sooner than regular tablets. Best I have tried.

I love Zabees, i usually have trouble sleeping. Since i was introduced to Zarbees from a coworker, I buy several bottles at a time now so I dont run out. I found that iherb sells it at a lower cost than any other store/site.

I got this brand at Target before, it worked for me when adjusting for jet lag. Also helped when I need to shift my sleep a little earlier. I like that it has a blend of other sleep inducing ingredients. 5mg is a good amount to make me fall asleep.
