DHL Boxberry

Duty-free regulation change: Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation announced that duty-free limit for private goods import will be reduced to EUR 500 and 31 kg starting from January 1, 2019.

General Information

Please note iHerb does not support shipment to Crimea

Due to the fluctuations of the exchange rate, orders with value very close to the tax-free limit may be assessed Duties and Taxes (D&T) as the currency exchange rate may vary from the order date to the customs clearance date.

Please check with your local customs office in Kazakhstan to see if you can import the items, and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

Personal imports over EUR 1000 and/or 31 kgs per month will be subject to applicable Duties and Taxes and other customs fees. As of January 1, 2019, the duty-free limit will be reduced to EUR 500 and 31 kgs per month.

iHerb will not be liable for packages held or confiscated by customs.

Shipping

All iHerb orders are shipped out from our US warehouses to your country by Air Freight. 

The Estimated Delivery window provided by iHerb reflects most standard deliveries. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of iHerb’s control.

You may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, or a brokerage (handling) fee for your order. These charges are separate from your shipping fee, and you will be billed directly from the carrier of your choice.

  • Boxberry-Alem Poshta Pickup Point: Customers pick up their order at a Pickup Point by providing their passport. Storage period is ​14 ​days after order’s arrival to the selected P​ick Up Point​.

  • Boxberry- Alem Delivery: Order will be delivered to the consignee’s door. The same Passport that was used when placing the order is required at the time of the delivery.

  • Boxberry- Alem TAT Tracking: Please note, tracking will not be available for a few days after your order is placed due to the information exchange between the company and the delivery service. Your tracking number is the same as your order number, with a -0 at the end (ex. XXXXXXXX-0). Orders can be tracked on Boxberry site or +7 (727) 395 50 50

  • DHL Express: The shipping method DHL is currently charging a brokerage fee of 3500 KZT on all packages. The fee is 17000 KZT for orders exceeding €1000 and 31 kg per month limit. Please provide address and name of consignee in English.

Please Note

Customs or the delivery company may contact you over the phone or via email to ask that you provide the following data for receiving the goods under preferential procedures (for individuals):

1. Print and sign the contract, which can be downloaded on the website of the company Alem TAT.
2. Send a copy of the signed contract and your ID card to the email address: [email protected]

Customs clearance is carried out according to the requirements and conditions of the "Agreement on the movement of goods by individuals for personal use through customs border of the Customs Union and customs operations connected with their release of 18 June 2010."

Please note that by sending the contract and the copy of your ID, you give the right to a Customs representative to use your personal data for purposes of Customs clearance.
