Cinnamon Bark has been used traditionally as a culinary spice and to support proper digestion. Prior to taking Cinnamon Bark my LDL for 10 years averaged 215. After taking 2400mg of Cinnamon Bark each morning with breakfast my LDL level has been reduced to 165 and my HDL increased from 46 to 48. I am on no other medication of any kind and I continued to follow my normal exercise routine and diet habits.
I ordered this particular type "Ceylon" of cinnimon because an M.D. recommends it for reducing blood sugar. I would recommend it highly to anyone with type II diabetes. This stuff really works!!

Ceylon cinnamon is much better than this. But, my doctor told me that I must eat about 2.5kg of cinnamon, every day, in order my blood sugar levels to be decreased. Who can eat so much cinnamon every day ?

2 times 2 a day gives me a better blood suger level... They taste great and also good to use in the kitchen!
