great for baking

This sugar is great for baking. I typically replace half the sugar with this and then use Succanat for the other half, and you actually can reduce the amount of sugar, because this sugar is simply the best tasting and a little healthier too.

Not overly sweet - adds a nice flavour to baked goods. Like that it's unrefined and fair trade.
