With tapioca flour, gluten-free baking becomes excellent. My family can no longer taste the difference between the gluten free and regular baking; the gluten "dryness" vanishes.

I use this with several other BRM flours to make a gluten-free base for biscuits and such. Really nice and will buy again

I think I am more of a fan of arrowroot powder, but this works great too as far as thickening soups, etc. It can also be used in place of flour.

This flour is excellent for making paleo recipes! The quality is much better than other brands and you get a lot too!
