I take 2 of these a day morning and night and if I forget I really start to have flashes. This really works for me at this dosage and I must have it or I am really uncomfortable with hot flashes.

Not as good as Source Naturals black cohosh

Posted by vitality on Apr 17, 2012

These are okay but (occasionally) they left an uncomfortable feeling in my throat, even though the pills are small. Source Naturals black cohosh is much better value and contains a more effective level of the standardised extract.
