It's hard to find this item in this small dosage. If I take more, I get edgy. This is just right.

I decided to try these as I have a stressful job that is very physical and I've been feeling so tired for a long time. They seem to work, I feel more alert and energetic. I don't think they are too stimulating though, I don't feel "hyper". Good value for money as always with Jarrow and they are easy to swallow.

I don't really notice any effect yet, been taking them for a week or so but not every day - keep on forgetting
