i like this a lot. cook beans with it and then eat the mushy kombu.

saltier than other kombu I have tried. always a decent choice

This ocean vegetable was much more salty than I envisioned. It loses it's saltiness when soaked in water, but it's my least favorite of the ocean veggies.
