I have been using this for some time after reading Andrew Saul's Doctor Yourself books. I have to split them in half to not get an overwhelming niacin flush reaction. But it's a good way to see if you're short niacin or not. No flush, you're short, take more later. Flush, you're doing fine. It's a good buy, too!

Excellent price, good dosage amount, ingredient is only Niacin, which is difficult to find.

I always test the potency of any niacin supplement by taking it on empty stomach with juice in the morning. this brand pass the test with flying colors. the flushing is rapid and quite intense. plus there are no other unnecessary ingredients in it. recommend to all.

This did cause a flush (I was aware of) which from my understanding is a good thing because it helps to eliminate toxins.
