I had so many bottles of vitamins and minerals to get the correct dosage this one beats it...my husband can now take two pills and his liquid minerals and multi..of course greens ..but by replacing 8 pills twice a day to 2 pills once a day it makes it less of a fight for him to take his vitamins everyday.He is full of energy and feels great

Using this to assist in workouts and it's one of the best out there in terms of the specs and the value. NOW always seems like they make high quality, low cost products. Remember to take your multi with a fat containing meal or fish oil. Some of the vitamins are fat soluble so you get more for your money that way :)
