Bad taste!

I bought this brand to give it a try and followed the directions. To be used as a milk to drink straight the flavor isn't good at all. If its used in baking cakes or any type of cooking I think it will be fine. I personally wanted a milk to drink so I had to go with another brand instead. I don't recommend this one.

And Nows non-fat dry milk can also be whipped with a blender to "cream", like other brands that I've tried. I often whip milk with stevia and blend in frozen berries for an ice-cream like, healthy treat.
