So many great benefits in taking coconut oil daily. If I only knew this earlier in life I probably would be in better shape. It makes me mad BIG PHARMA has put bad information out there and now I know why. Coconut oil has very powerful antibacteria, antiviral and antifungal properties that would keep everyone healthy. It is also great for cooking. Kids love it. Healthy and wise deal. LOVE IT!! Thank you iherb.com for service.

I have wanted to try this product for a long time. The price is great. As expected, it tastes and smells like fresh Coconuts. I have found, however, that not all foods and vegetables are compatible with the taste of it. I did not like it combined with cauliflower and broccoli. But was I in for a surprise when I sauteed onions in the oil and added green cabbage. Yummy! I almost ate a 2 qt. pot filled with the cabbage in one "standing." To my surprise, there was no indgestion.

I bought this in my battle against candida. I also put in all overmy skin after a bath it helps with so my skin doesn't be dry. If you have candida you need to only take a little at a time or else you could have severe die off. Taste great even my 2 yr old will eat it off a spoon.

I ordered this for my skin, mainly my acne on face. I noticed a difference right away, honestly. I am a brown skined african american w/ periodic breakouts on my face and back, I washed w/ Aveeno, dried my face and applied the VCO all over my face and the irritation stopped immediately. I was informed by a trusted source that the breakouts should stop period w/ regular use, I am very confident they will... Thank God, finally!

I love the coconut oil but don't feel comfortable with the fact that it comes in a plastic container, both from a health perspective and an ecological one. They can do better.
