I didn't notice much difference in the hot flashes or night sweats. Also the directions show 2 tablets, three times a day. That's a bit much.

didn't notice much of a difference taking this. didn't decrease symptoms of sweats, anxiety, perimeipausal symptoms. still looking for answers.

I actually can't rate the effectiveness of this product, because I can't handle the smell of licorice and some of the other herbs in this supplement.It's REALLY strong smelling, and I REALLY don't want to taste or burp the stuff. I'm going to give them to a friend and go back to using straight black cohosh (without the additional supplements).
