I am a vegetarian and purchased this brand because it doesn't contain animal derivatives. I was looking forward to taking it, but then noticed in the ingredient list that it contains dextrose and dextrin which is basically corn sugar. I am allergic to corn. I returned the vitamins for a refund and will try a different brand.

It's a food-based multi for a great price, what's more to say? I bought the 30 tablets package to see wether I liked the brand (and could tolerate it, after reading some of the less favourable reviews) before buying the brand's larger packages.
Can't say I've noticed anything wrong with their smell (some people think they 'smell funny/disgusting'). They smell of vitamins. No problems with toleration, either. But apparently that's different for different people, so this 30 tablets package is a good way to give these a try.
Got a scare a couple of weeks ago when reading that calcium supplements were shown to be the cause of arterial calcification, but heck! These multi's only carry 10 percent of the DV, and it is food-based so if you are going to take a multi, this one is one of the best!

Like the fact that they're once daily. Whole food vitamins are the best.
