I bought this based on other's reveiws. I prefer to get calcium from my diet but I'm not a fan of dairy and not sure if I absorb enough. Since taking calcium I have no muscle cramps. I take lots of vitamin D so I feel I only need two capsules/day of this and the rest from greens, nuts, seeds, beans. Maybe eggs and meat has a little bit of calcium. Vitamin D improves absorption so don't need too much calcium.
i like that it is vegan

Nice Coral Calcium, Somewhat Expensive for What you get
Posted by wholefoods on Aug 15, 2012
I purchased this product on a daily special price. I have found it to be of high quality so far. My only concern is the price. While I am slowly switching to coral calcium, it seems you can get a better deal by purchasing the coral powder. As it is now, the price isn't bad for what you get, but if this product goes back to being $30 for 90 capsules, it seems to be a bit to expensive for me for what you get.
