Not as happy with results

L-carnitine does work but this time around the recommended doses didn't fit my schedule. I think you should take it before working out but it says with meals. I would prefer to take it so I could burn fat since the first minute I start working out and have more energy. Taking this with meals doesn't really make sense to me based on the characteristics of L-Carnitine. I will probably buy it again, but I will wait and try other products. If you are starting taking supplements this is a good start, but make sure your meals are near your working out schedules so you will make the most out of this product.

I think it is ok. I have a capsule an hour before exercising.
