I've only had kumquat maralade once and it was served along with a cheese and crackers plate at the Four Seasons Hotel. Since then, I've been on the hunt for Kumquat marmalade. This is the only jarred Kumquat marmalade I've been able to find anywhere. The St. Dalfour Kumquat marmalade is quite sweet and does not have enough of the kumquat flavor. I'm now pretty sure that the marmalade I had at the Four Seasons was freshly made. I think the St. Dalfour marmalade will taste better if I mixed in some freshly sliced kumquat.
